Who you are:

As an Operations Manager, you are our leader, ensuring your team has the necessary support and guidance to deliver operations services and products efficiently to our internal and external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing work as necessary and resolve more complex problems. More than that, this role is about developing people and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

• Ensure that the operation area managed is adequately staffed and that all personnel are trained
• Plan and schedule the workflow within the department and coordinate with other areas as required
• Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations in the area more efficient
• Keep informed of new developments that would affect operations, and recommend changes as necessary
• Maintain good customer relations, acting in a public relations capacity in dealing with other departments, corporate customers and other banks
• Review work as necessary and resolve more complex problems
• Prepare budget expenditures as necessary to support operational services, explain variances of the forecast at periodic intervals
• Exercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly
• Ensure compliance with Bank policy and Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to this area
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Personnel Management and bank operations experience
