Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and energy — create a “Wow!” experience.
• Assist guests with orders and ensure 100% accuracy every time.
• Resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, including dining room and restrooms.
• Promote surveys and encourage feedback to help us grow.
• Identify regular guests and personalize their experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
