Go To Marketing Team Leader

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Go to Market Team Leader to manage and facilitate the execution of go-to-market activities across all regions and business lines. You will ensure team’s deliverables meet the quality standards, and are completed within the agreed deadlines. In this position, you will lead a team of marketing specialists, manage their day-to-day operations and board, quality-check submitted work, coordinate resources, and own the development of the quarterly GTM plan that supports the business and sales targets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will also be expected to provide guidance to the team members, whilst also ensuring their professional growth and success in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of conference sponsorships, events, outbound campaigns and other GTM activities that drive awareness and pipeline;
• Create messaging and assets that support all GTM activities;
• Proactively identify and suggest opportunities to improve internal processes and team results;
• Source, manage and evaluate the performance of third-party vendors;
• Liaise with the digital marketing, content marketing and design teams for all GTM project needs;
• Build and maintain dashboards to report on leads, MQLs, opportunities and pipeline generated;
• Own the GTM social media calendar;
• Build and monitor the team’s OKRs;
• Assign projects and tasks to all team members;
• Develop and ensure project timelines are met, and;
• Coach, mentor and develop the GTM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Tech Marketing;
• 1-2 years of experience leading teams;
• Strong business acumen;
• Advanced knowledge of event management;
• Good knowledge of social media, email marketing and other outreach marketing strategies;
• Good knowledge of marketing automation software (HubSpot will be considered as an asset);
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English;
• Knowledge of Spanish, German, Italian or French languages would be considered as an asset, and;
• Expert interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
