Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor Youth Recovery Center

Western Colorado's premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in the Youth Recovery Center (YRC). 

Full-time, day-shift position! 

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

1. Manages and monitors unit activities and provides staff supervision.
2. Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality clinical care for clients. Utilizes specialized knowledge and expertise related to adolescent addiction and mental health treatment.
3. Initiates, implements, and directs emergent care in crisis situations.
4. Performs as a resource for clinical issues.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

• Colorado licensure (DORA)

• CAC–III or LAC certification

• BLS certification or acquisition within six months of hire

• Good leadership skills
• Creative and critical thinking skills
• Maintains self-control and exercises sound judgment when dealing with stressful situations.

 Experience:

• Previous training or experience in supervision

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$36.76-$54.06/hour
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
