About the role

As a Systems Operations Analyst, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.

About the team

Our team has expertise in business processes and provides technical guidance to client concerning business implications of applications of various systems. We formulate systems scope and objectives considering client business plan and industry requirements.

What you will be doing

• Install and configure Omni applications such as Data Validation Web, Infinity IdP, OmniLink on JBoss, Apache Tomcat, etc.

• Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications.

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.

• Assessing available technologies and recommending solutions.

What you will need

Requires two or more years of experience in the following areas:

• Working with multiple end-to-end systems as well as multitier application deployments and integration.

• Working with application server software with emphasis on JBoss, Apache Tomcat.

• Oracle – general database knowledge, writing queries and understand stored procedures.

• Windows – knowledge of operator system, service installation using shell scripting.

• Unix / Linux – knowledge of operating system, general knowledge with application startup, shell scripting.

• Network infrastructure.

Bonus if you have

• Recent experience with SOAPUI.

• Recent experience with SFTP – general knowledge, user and key management, scripting.

• Experience installing/administering IdP, OmniLink, Omni Workflow, Data Validation Web, CloverDX.

• Experience with Clover graph development.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $62,170.00 - $101,340.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
