In order to support our growth, we are looking for Experienced Recruiters. Based in Deloitte Thessaloniki Offices, you will be responsible for different support tasks and will be in contact with different internal and external stakeholders. It is therefore a unique opportunity to work in an international environment.

#Responsibilities:

·       Selection Process Management: You are fully responsible for the complete recruitment process (from job intakes to interviews and offer presentations/negotiations).

·       Multi-channel recruitment and sourcing: You are in the lead to generate your own inflow through different channels (LinkedIn, Marketing, Employer Branding, Referrals, ...) and adapt your recruitment strategy to overcome possible obstacles and reach your objectives.
