What You’ll Do:

The Senior Administrative Assistant in this dynamic environment will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to executives and teams. This position requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable professional who can thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the organization.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives.
  • Support project teams by coordinating meetings, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility for relevant parties.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials and agendas.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions to streamline processes.

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressu
