Sr. Director, Software Engineering

About the Team:

The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards.

What you will be doing:

• Own the end-to-end developer journey and internal developer platform as a product.

• Lead teams to build and operate secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security tools.

• Manage the engineering toolchain (source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, deployment orchestrators).

• Define and report on engineering KPIs (DORA metrics) and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• Experience leading Platform Engineering or Developer Experience teams.

• Expertise in containerization and cloud-native CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Harness CD).

• Proven DevSecOps implementation, including security integration and “shift-left” culture.

• Practical experience with SRE principles and performance metrics.

• Data-driven approach to engineering effectiveness and developer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
