Your leadership will directly influence the performance of cutting-edge hardware—from robotics to temperature controllers—used by the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers.</p> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on scheduling solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.</li> <li>Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of scheduling engines for multiple platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate on software strategy, architecture, and innovation initiatives.</li> <li>Oversee troubleshooting of real-time control systems and coordinate resolution of complex software issues.</li> <li>Manage cross-functional collaboration with QA, Support, and Field Engineering teams.</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of software development schedules and maintain alignment with business priorities.</li> <li>Review and approve system specifications, designs, and test plans.</li> <li>Evaluate software engineering tools and contribute to system design decisions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams.</li> <li>Strong software development skills in C#.</li> <li>Solid understanding of scheduling concepts involving multiple resources and jobs.</li> <li>Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, and software domains to resolve issues.</li> <li>Skilled in building software for Windows and Real-Time Operating Systems.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li> &l
