Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Business Process Representative will work closely with Department Managers, functional groups, and key stakeholders, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and information in support of high priority projects and daily responsibilities. This position will 
report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. The individual will also work closely with third party vendors, when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Financial Payment Gateway and other systems related projects and partners with our product management team to deliver results
  • Understands and maintains a solid knowledge of . Regulation Z, Regulation F, FDCPA, and PCI Compliance in addition to institutional policies and business processes. Displays willingness to share such knowledge with other stakeholders
  • Archives and updates process documentation and reports out on any relevant information according to business needs, standards and processe
  • Completes daily departmental reporting (such as key performance indicators, agency recoveries, internal cash collections and payment plans)
  • Respond to general inquiries, agency disputes from third party agencies, provide statement of account when requested, maintain and report on agency performance etc.
  • Responsible for departmental Salesforce queue, voicemails, TEAMS requests.
  • Reconcile agency payments/recoveries/fees 
  • Processing vendor invoices and expenses for the Financial Account Management Department
  • Completes other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or comparable previous work experience  
  • General knowledge of Salesforce and Banner preferred
  • General knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB regulations a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, mathematical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure project completion
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of, and quickly resolve, complex issues

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.17 and $23.29. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
