We are seeking a Staff Analyst, Business Intelligence Financial Services to optimize Lucid’s Financial Services product offerings.  This role requires a blend of expertise in Automotive Finance, business analytics, and data management.  The ideal candidate is data-driven and has a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights.   You will collaborate cross-functionally and interact with external business partners to execute Financial Services business objectives. 

 
 
You Will:

• Develop regular and ad hoc analysis of competitive landscape of loan, lease, and incentive offerings.  

• Forecast competitive activity and provide guidance on setting loan and lease pricing on an ongoing basis. This requires creating forecasting models and the ability to substantiate accuracy of models. 

• Provide guidance on expected impact of product and pricing actions on incentive spend and residual values, as well as validating actual residual value results 

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement new Financial Services product offerings and track performance  

• Develop and maintain Financial Services performance dashboards 

 

You Bring: 

• 3 - 5+ years’ experience in auto finance or related industry  

• Extremely analytical with technical expertise in (auto) finance and statistics w/ the ability to perform complex financial modeling 

• Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment 

• Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic 

• Strong experience and track record creating something from scratch 

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
