This position is posted for a Receptionist/Bearcat Store for the 2026-27 school year and falls under Pay Grade 4 (236 days).

Primary Purpose:
Provide reception and clerical assistance to the central administration office; complete Bearcat Store purchasing and POS activities; and support the Director of Communications with clerical/secretarial functions.
Qualifications:
- Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail
- Ability to operate multi-line phone system
- Ability to use personal computer and software for word processing, develop spreadsheets and databases; using Microsoft and Google applications.
- Customer service focused
Experience:
Preferred one year clerical experience in educational or school communications setting and/or three years clerical experience in office setting.
