FRESH PLANT: 2nd Shift Loading Dock Backup Labor PR04

Job Details:

Pay is $17.45 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Schedule is approximately 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday, Overtime as needed.

This position is responsible for weighing and labeling product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Additionally:

1.         Responsible for receiving and checking in product.
            2.         Load trailers in proper order.
            3.         Responsible for using proper code dates when unloading trailers.
            4.         Ensure that product requested is put on trailer when available.
            5.         Properly store product in receiving cooler.
            6.         Maintain clean coolers at all times.
            7.         Report any damage done to trailers coolers, freezer, forklift or product immediately.
            8.         Ensure that trailer doors are shut and unit is turned on if load is not finished at end of                               shift.
            9.         Ensure that all paperwork is complete, neat and accurate before turning it in.
            10.       All other duties as assigned, by supervisor or lead.

AND, but not limited too:

1.         Weigh product by manually placing on the scale.
            2.         Visually check tare weights on scale and make adjustments as needed.
            3.         Manually close each box of product when box sealing machine is not used
            4.         Put proper label on each case, number pallets, check code dates.
            5.         Place bag liners in tubs for product to be put in to bags.
            6.         Using shovel put ice on product in tub and place lid on tub.
            7.         Physically stack finished product, weighing up to 70 pounds, on pallets and load

                          on trailers with forklift..
            8.         Must be able to tolerate damp and cool conditions.
            9.         Must be able to rotate to other jobs in the department.
            10.       All the duties that may be assigned.
