Responsibilities

In this varied and responsible role, you will make a significant contribution to a transparent and forward-looking HR controlling. Your focus will be on further harmonizing our global HR controlling processes.

• In this role, you will report directly to our
  VP Corporate Controlling and will be in close contact with our global HR management team.
• You will harmonize, standardize and implement global HR controlling processes. The primary focus is on a harmonized HR cost planning process.
• Based on our operational FTE planning process, you will derive the strategic workforce planning that forms the basis for relevant strategic personnel decisions and processes.
• The preparation of meaningful HR reports such as target/actual analysis, statistics, ad-hoc reports and other evaluations is just as much a part of your main tasks as the further development of our KPIs and dashboards to derive relevant HR recommendations.
• With our global HR managers, you will create and coordinate the global HR budget.

Skills & Experience

Your love dealing with numbers, argue on the basis of facts and want decisions to be made in a data-based and forward-looking manner. You like to go into detail without losing sight of the essentials. You also have a high affinity for HR topics and enjoy working on projects and in an international environment.

• Ideally, you have a degree in business administration with a specialization in controlling/finance.
• Ideally, you have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international, project-oriented environment.
• You have an excellent command of spoken and written English, knowledge of German will be a clear benefit.
• You are familiar with Excel, great if you also bring experience in SAP FI/CO & SAP HR with you.
• You are a proactive person with high communication skills and focus on the essentials.
• You know how to communicate sensitive HR issues diplomatically and profitably, and how to handle personal data confidentially and securely is a matter of course for you.

Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement (collective agreement of the Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
