You know how to shape messaging that meets people where they are - whether they’re discovering a brand for the first time or ready to make a decision.</p><p>As a Content Strategist in our Brand, Creative &amp; Content Hub at 3Shape, you’ll help bring our brand to life through compelling, consistent, and insight-driven content. You’ll manage our global content strategy across campaigns, always-on channels, and storytelling formats - working closely with teams across the organization to create content that connects with audiences, drives engagement, and sparks demand.</p><p>If you live and breathe content, think in story frameworks, and enjoy turning strategy into real-world communication - we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and execute a global content strategy aligned with our brand positioning, customer journeys, and business goals</li> <li>Translate brand and product value propositions into messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and creative content direction</li> <li>Collaborate with key internal partners - including Activation &amp; Omnichannel, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Support - to ensure a consistent and impactful content presence</li> <li>Monitor performance, optimize continuously, and adapt strategy to evolving audience needs and market dynamics</li> </ul><p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p><ul> <li>Own and direct content strategy across platforms and customer lifecycle touchpoints</li> <li>Manage the global content calendar, coordinating briefs, formats, and timelines</li> <li>Provide brand-aligned content guidance to stakeholders across regions and functions</li> <li>Identify content gaps, opportunities, and trends, and evolve the strategy with a forward-looking approach</li> <li>Evaluate content performance in collaboration with analytics teams and act on insights</li> <li>Guide and support internal and external content creators, writers, and agencies to ensure tone, clarity, and consistency</li> <li>Partner with designers and creatives to deliver high-impact content experiences</li> <li>Ensure content complies with governance guidelines and policies, working with legal and compliance when needed</li> </ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul> <li>6+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or brand storytelling - ideally in B2B or global marketing environments</li> <li>Deep experience with content creation, strategy development, and campaign execution</li> <li>Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to bring it to life through content</li> <li>Native-level English fluency and proficient writing, editing, and communication skills, with relevant educational background</li> <li>A strategic mindset with a practical, engaged approach to execution and performance</li> <li>Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and content performance metrics</li> <li>Familiarity with omnichannel content distribution and audience targeting</li> </ul><p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><p>At 3Shape, we don’t just build technology — we help shape better dental care.
