Honeywell White Glove Experience continues to grow and build its Services and Support Team. We are adding an Advanced Field Services Engineer to support our largest customers.
Drive the development of remote and on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will drive revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.
You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.
You will be the face of Honeywell to with end-users, peers, and competitors in a conference setting. Use knowledge of Honeywell end-to-end product and solution development and delivery to drive increased efficiencies. Use technical expertise of complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings to enhance customer experience.
You will report to our Senior Customer Program Management Supervisor and work a remote schedule.
This role can be anywhere in the United States.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage technical projects and tasks
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Implementation and deployment of Honeywell Solutions
- Educate and write documentation for customers and field technicians
- On-site and remote installation
- Servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.
- Contact resolution analysis/Analytic reporting
- Deliver technical presentations to an audience of customers

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,200.00 - $109,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of industry experience
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to be on a 24/7 on-call rotation approx. every 5 weeks, depending on staffing
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25-35%
- English and language fluency

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
