To do what:

• Managing the execution of Motion Tracking and Motion Analysis initiatives by:
• Collaborating closely with Algorithms Engineers to design technical solutions;
• Ensuring developments stay on track and remain aligned with the product’s vision and goals;
• Fostering a tight iteration loop to maximize value added over time;
• Identifying and addressing risks, ambiguities, or blind spots promptly;
• Collaborating closely our Product Team to define solutions at the intersection of product and technology;
• Coordinating initiatives among different teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience in effectively managing cross-functional development teams for user-facing technical products;
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of agile software development and distributed systems;
• Strong technical intuition combined with a keen product sense;
• Ability to exercise sound judgment over technically complex matters, including Computer Vision and 3D Algebra;
• Proficiency in clearly communicating and discussing complex technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, adapting to evolving project requirements and challenges;
• Autonomy and self-direction.
