About the role

The Opportunity

Ulteig is currently seeking a Transformation Project Manager to be a part of the new Transformation Office within Business Operations. The Transformation Office will be the trusted partner and enabler of enterprise-wide change that drives business priorities and optimizes organizational performance of people, processes, and systems. The purpose of the Transformation Office and Advisory Board is to:

  • Provide oversight and governance for the transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and performance of the initiatives.
  • Resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the execution of the initiatives.
  • Support the change management and communication efforts across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and behavioral change.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and framework of the Transformation Office.
  • Lead, manage and prioritize major initiatives through the planning, implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Collaboratively work across departments to drive transformation within the organization through process identification and optimization.
  • Provide a clear and consistent framework for managing transformational initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration among all stakeholders, including sponsors, project teams, business units, and support functions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress, risks, benefits, and impacts of transformational initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective change management and communication strategies that foster engagement and adoption of transformational changes.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions that address the current and future needs of the organization.
  • Assist with the creation of dashboards to promote transparency on the initiatives.
  • Share lessons learned in cooperation with the PM COE and Quality Departments.
  • Develop and manage a strategy independently and see it through design, build and execution (end-to-end).
  • Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans to achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Have an enterprise mindset, understand how the organization functions with the ability of connecting people, processes and systems.

 

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or Business-related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the delivery of projects and initiatives across an enterprise.
  • Ability to work through roadblocks independently.
  • Experience in business case development, organizational design, and business process improvements.
  • Project management experience, ability to structure and manage project work and multiple project teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, presentation skills; ability to present ideas to internal/external teams, with a strong focus on business collaboration and change management practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30%.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
