Admissions Liaison

We need an Admissions Liaison to join our team at Villaspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Erlanger, KY. 

$15 to $26.50 Per Hour

You’ll help our Admissions Coordinator achieve facility census goals and ensure proper adherence to facility admissions procedures.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Providing facility information & tours utilizing Carespring sales process standards & tools
• Communicating referral data to the Admissions Coordinator
• Maintaining PCC database of referrals & outcomes
• Maintaining sales reports & tracking census building efforts
• Maintaining Logs for completion of Carespring Reports
• Working with residents & families to determine whether facility meets their needs  
• Working with Case Management team to ensure timely completion of verifications & precertifications while communicating responsibilities to residents & families
• Working with department heads to organize community marketing events
• Submitting press releases to area newspapers & coordinating special advertising with our consulting advertising firm
• Completing all resident admission paperwork, including ensuring that the resident meets financial requirements for admission
