THE JOB:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing all equipment essential to the operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, generators, and other mechanical equipment. Additionally, the role will involve the troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Maintain and repair all equipment related to the operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, and any systems driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water, or other power sources.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on ride systems and related equipment.
  • Complete work orders promptly and accurately, documenting all repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform daily route checks to inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and execute necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating within safety guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify improvement areas and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including boilers, compressors, generators, and ride systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in equipment maintenance.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if necessary.

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$37.17

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
