Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating Automated Breast Ultrasound’s potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
Deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
Be a consultant to the customer as they implement their ABUS programs.
Monitor customer installations of Automated Breast ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Be a champion and coach to the customer as they launch a successful ABUS program.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma and an RDMS certification (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer). Preferably some Mammography experience as well.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience following certification with demonstrated skill in Breast Sonography.
Willingness to travel up to 80% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need.
Candidate must live close to a major airport.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate will preferably live in the territory of Central or Southeast.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Breast Registry or contingent on passing Breast Registry within 1 year of employment.
Mammography experience desired.
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, handle objections and negotiate during the sales process)
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
Basic proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Clinical experience in large hospital/university/breast center setting.
