Technical Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• System Architecture and Design: Create and implement the architectural framework for PLM solutions on the Aras Innovator platform, ensuring it is scalable and adheres to best practices.
• Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Customization and Configuration: Tailor and configure the Aras Innovator platform, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces, to improve functionality and enhance the user experience
• Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Aras Innovator with other enterprise systems (such as ERP and CAD), ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in PLM processes and recommend best practices to enhance product development and lifecycle management.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and architecture to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6+ years of experience in PLM area
• Demonstrated experience as a Functional Architect or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Aras Innovator and PLM systems.
• Experience on Aras Modules like Product Engineering, Variant Management, MPP, Program Management, Requirements Engineering, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing Aras Innovator, including developing workflows and data models.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and experience with API-based integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams
