\What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job?
Serve as a trusted advisor to key business executives and cross-functional leaders, providing strategic guidance on growth opportunities.
Lead or support projects that define strategic direction for the enterprise.
Drive growth strategy initiatives by analyzing market trends, client needs, and consumer insights; assess capability gaps and develop business cases to prioritize investments.
Contribute to Build/Partner/Buy strategies, including identifying and evaluating M&A targets.
Support critical client discussions and help senior leaders communicate strategy internally and externally.
Manage virtual teams across strategy and non-strategy functions to achieve business objectives.
Act as a change agent, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and guiding decisions around profitability and future potential.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields (Business, Economics, STEM, or similar). MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum 7 years solving business strategy problems in a management consulting firm or corporate strategy function.

How much travel will be required?
Up to 15% annual travel, primarily to Atlanta, GA for in-person meetings.

Pay Range:
$141,400.00 - $236,100.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
