Asset Protection Specialist - 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Support strategies, standards, and processes related to ORC investigations to identify and resolve crime activity in assigned locations

• Partner with Field Asset Protection and business leaders to understand trends in the market related to ORC.

• Train and collaborate with Field Asset Protection teams in interviews and investigations to empower field teams to lead investigations in their markets

• Work with store personnel to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend solutions Determine the assignment of appropriate Asset Protection resources (i.e. agents, technology, etc.) to address shortage reduction opportunities

• Ask effective questions and solicit feedback to understand needs

Who You Are

• Knowledge of Asset Protection and investigation.

• Ability to provide Loss Prevention leadership to drives results, coach and develops direct reports, collaborate and lead execution through others

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and functions

• Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors

• Time management and ability to prioritize /multi task
