Your mission? To dissect and elevate our integrated campaigns and strategies. Armed with data-driven insights, you'll unlock the secrets to boosting performance across every marketing channel. Join us in shaping the future of our marketing success.          This role will report to VP and Chief Marketing Officer.          Responsibilities:     
  • Develop and monitor marketing dashboard for KPI reporting and provide daily highlights.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement, providing insights to program leads.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for Marketing team as needed.
  • Maintain Marketing KPI tracking and distribute reporting weekly and monthly.
  • Translate business issues into data analysis to support operations and meet targets.
  • Serve as data systems/platform expert for the department.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance across various channels.
Collaboration:     
  • Develop key performance metrics and target projections for marketing campaigns with agency partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to establish consistent reporting.
  • Establish testing plans with program leads and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
Thought Leadership:     
  • Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark marketing performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend new tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:     

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or similar.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., site sessions, leads, conversions).
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Familiar with statistical techniques like trend analysis, hypothesis testing, and regression.
  • Comfortable adapting to new performance metrics and data sources.
