Pharmacy Technician II - Oncology Infusion - Varied - Torrey Pines

This is a full time position with 10-hour varied shifts in Torrey Pines. The Infusion Center is open Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. May float based on staffing needs.

Pharmacy Technician II responsibilities include:

• Inventory management
• Pump compounding
• Investigational drug compounding
• Supporting central prior authorization

Experience/Specialized Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
  
   

Required Certification/Registration:

• Current California Pharmacy Technician License.
• Certification by a National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of years 6 months' experience in current practice environment or in sterile compounding
• 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in any practice setting. 
  
   

Required Education/Course(s)/Training:

• 2 years' experience in relevant practice area is preferred
