Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health at Tender Care
This is a full-time position located in Salt Lake City, UT
The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Services Agreement.

What Tender Care Home Health has to offer our PT's:- Medical, Dental, Vision- 401k- FSA & HSA
PT Tender Care Home Health requirements:- Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or master’s program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization. - Current and valid Utah PT licensure.- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.- Two years of experience as a PT.- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications:- Associate degree with one year of home health care experience.- Community/home health experience is preferred.
Pay Transparency:Range: $30.00 to $37.00 an hour.
