Overall Purpose
The Sr. Technical Recruiter enables company success by partnering with hiring leaders to identify and place exceptional talent aligned with company business needs, culture, and values.
Essential Functions
Collaborates with business partners to understand needs and develop and implement a sourcing strategy to identify talent.
Screens candidates, builds relationships, and presents exceptional talent to business partners.
Serves as a trusted partner to the business and candidates, ensures a great fit for both, and influences decisions to bring the best relationships to life.
Ensures compliance with regulatory, policy, and procedure guidance.
Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in engineering, business, communications, human resources or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Typically, 5 years or more of recruiting experience.
Strong background recruiting technical and leadership roles.
Demonstrated ability to source and fill top talent in technical and leadership roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
Advanced knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and creative tools.
Adept with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
Excellent research/sourcing skills.
Background and drug screen.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting in/for FinTech environments.
Proficiency with Workday applicant tracking.
Recruiting experience in an affirmative action environment.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $84,000 - $105,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
