About the Role:Join our dynamic team at SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Staff Accountant! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our financial health while contributing to a company that is dedicated to helping our community recover from disasters.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
• Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation
• Utilize accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
