ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

 

What you will be doing:

  • Starting a career with a strong, stable and growing company
  • Filing of various records, both hard copy and digital
  • Assist HR manager with special functions 
  • Perform other duties and support production departments as assigned
  • Applying your current knowledge and skills to help GPI remain an industry leader

 

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma highly preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a Human Resources office experience preferred
  • Must have skills to perform the basic technical tasks
  • Well-developed communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills, including spreadsheets, charts, and technical manuals - familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a high paced, multi-tasking and ever-changing environment
  • Maintains positive team environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and highly detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow and distribute verbal and written instruction at all levels
