Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the Salesforce implementation as well as ongoing performance, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our business and supporting various departments in their day-to-day operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business requirements.
Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Design and implement custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and other Salesforce customizations.
Maintain data quality through data governance, data cleaning, and ongoing data maintenance tasks.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to meet business needs.
Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices and make recommendations for enhancements.
Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, permissions, and security settings.
Support integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder a plus.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and functionality.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
