What You’ll Be Doing:

Value Proposition Statement:

• Client Finance at Evolent is a specialized FP&A function with more intensive partnerships with clients.  Evolent is looking to hire a Sr. Analyst to focus on pricing within its Client Finance team.  This individual will be in a pricing generalist role focused on pricing support of deals across the enterprise.

Collaborations Opportunities:

• The Sr. Analyst will work closely with many departments across the organization, including Growth, Analytics, and Actuarial, to support the larger Finance team with the execution of growing the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting the Client Finance team in execution of pricing/cost models for large, complex deals
• Producing dynamic pricing models with sensitivity analyses for scenario planning
• Continuously seeking to improve our financial models for accuracy and efficiency
• Keeping general pricing model assumptions updated through alignment with key stakeholders
• Interfacing with other internal teams to analyze data necessary to develop price/cost models
• Supporting development of standardized processes, templates, and collateral for key pricing activities
• Participating in cross-functional workgroups where pricing analysis is needed
• Supporting ad hoc financial analyses for the Client Finance team

Qualifications Required and Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field – required
• ​At least 2-3 years of experience working in a Finance-related field – required
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel – required
• Exceptionally strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating into business analytics and recommendations – required
• Self-motivation and curiosity to design new methods and processes – required
• Ability to thrive with growth-driven changes – required
• Experience with pricing or medical economics – preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. Health System and financial elements – preferred
• Basic knowledge of risk and non-risk pricing/contracting – preferred
• Basic knowledge of Statistics – preferred

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
