SharkNinja is seeking a Paralegal with a strong background in commercial legal matters to join our legal team in Needham, MA. This is an incredible opportunity for someone to join a fast paced and highly innovative global consumer products company with a well-regarded and business-minded legal team. The Senior Corporate Paralegal, Global Commercial will assist with matters relating to commercial contracts globally. They will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Commercial and be primarily responsible for negotiating certain types of commercial agreements and assisting the attorneys on the Commercial Legal Team. The role will have opportunity for other projects within the Legal Department as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President, Sr. Associate General Counsel, Global Commercial, as well as to work across functions with other business units.

Essential Functions

• Assist with the preparation, review and execution of commercial agreements, including NDA’s, SOW’s, and services agreements through completion.
• Assist commercial legal attorneys and business partners in connection with a wide range of commercial matters.
• Support the commercial legal contract manager with assignments, signatures, implementation of process improvements, developing and delivering training to business team members as needed, and answering questions of the business relating to commercial contract matters.
• Assist with due diligence relating to certain commercial deals as needed, including M&A.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a commercial paralegal at a firm or in-house
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in preparing, negotiating and completing commercial contracts.
• Excellent organization, time management, prioritization skills and attention to detail.
• High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of work with various deadlines.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, client service skills, communication and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work efficiently and effectively in time-sensitive situations,.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, online contract management systems and DocuSign.
