Senior Manager, Program Management - eCommerce Strategy Execution

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management, Business Strategy Execution to oversee the implementation of our Customer Value Proposition (CVP). Reporting to the Sr. Director of eCommerce Strategy, this position is essential for managing end-to-end execution with partners both within and outside of eCommerce to deliver an enhanced experience for the customer.

What you'll do...

· Program Management: Develop and implement processes and ways of working for accountability to goals. Enable informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business. Create communication strategy and content, educate sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements.

· Cross-functional alignment: Achieves executive and cross functional alignment through excellent communication skills; conducts stakeholder analysis and builds strong relationships across the enterprise; consults with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improvement.

· Evaluate program performance: Evaluates program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data; conducting return-on-investment analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; identifying and addressing cross functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage best practices; and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.

· Lead special projects: Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in strategy and program management and demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management skills. This role will serve as an important link between strategic ambition and operational reality in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
