Fitness Attendant

What You'll Do:

• Engage members and provide great customer service.
• Possess a broad range of experience, including working with various age groups and fitness levels.
• Able to conduct fitness programs for members.
• Maintain exercise equipment.
• Awareness of anatomy and biomechanics.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Participates in mandatory staff meetings and training.

What You'll Bring:

• High school or equivalent level of education.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience working with participants with different ages, skill levels, and varying physical and emotional abilities.
• Works well with other staff members of the JCC using positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Schedule

Sunday: 1:30 pm - 6:45 pm    Wednesday: 5pm- 9pm    Saturday: 8am - 1pm
