Janitorial Site Manager

Location: Toyota Plant – Georgetown, KY

Compensation: $45,000+ annually, depending on experience (DOE)

Schedule: Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends

Job Summary:

Occky is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Site Manager to oversee operations at our Toyota Georgetown location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleaning standards, managing staff, handling scheduling, and maintaining client satisfaction across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial operations across all shifts
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of janitorial personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate with client representatives and address any service concerns
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Create and adjust staff schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts including weekends
• Monitor job performance and conduct site inspections regularly

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to operational issues in real-time
• Must be able to work any shift and weekends as needed
• Proficient in reporting, documentation, and basic computer use
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Steel-toe boots required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
