Summary: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team.
Description:
• Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, have excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Employ a variety of surveillance techniques to monitor and evaluate performance in the areas of contract compliance, service delivery, and oversight of all areas of the service contract including Janitorial, Food Services, Transportation, Facilities/Grounds Maintenance, and Student Support. Special focus should be given to areas of critical, chronic, or high visibility.
• Conduct quality checks on routine maintenance, policy and procedures.
• Brief management on specific findings observed during quality checks and offer corrective action/solutions.
• Write production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by workers.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual assessments as required.
• Assist the Quality Manager in executing the performance of work schedule.
• Must understand, embrace, and practice the teamwork concept.
• Additional duties and assignments as directed by the Program management office.
Requirements:
• High school Diploma/GED preferred
• Compile and record production data to compare records and reports on volume of production, scope of work execution, and quality control.
• Possess at least two (2) years of responsible experience in the inspection and oversight of facility related work including maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and surveys.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Industry standards, and various Federal, State, and local code requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have a valid SC driver’s license.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and physical exam.
