• Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
• Provide information about Sonar Spark’s services and products to clients.
• Support office management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
