Responsibilities

The collaborative lead systems engineer must have a proven ability to frame complex problems and work amongst several cross functional teams to develop an approach for breaking the requirements and solution into manageable pieces.  The Enterprise Systems Engineer Lead - SCCM should have an interest in mentoring and teaching others and be skilled at identifying and proposing solutions to roadblocks encountered along the way. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have strong Technical, Communication, Collaboration, and Time Management skills.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

A four-year degree or equivalent plus four years of related technical experience.

Lead team members to implement the planned and approved solution while mentoring and providing guidance to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely, consistent manner.

Strong interpersonal skills including an interest in mentoring and teaching others while identifying and proposing solutions to roadblocks encountered along the way to supervisor as required.

This individual will have strong relationship building skills with clients, teams and peers while working collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Monitor the company's servers to ensure that they are functioning properly, and provide continual maintenance as required to improve security posture and continual integrity of data.

Troubleshoot technology issues, using various internal and external resources. Also, generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring tasks or problems.

Daily time tracking in various systems including ticket, change, incident, problem tracking, documentation, and root cause analysis.

Demonstrated customer focus attitude.

Preferred qualifications:

Extensive experience with Active Directory, troubleshooting, design and maintenance.

Scripting/automation skills (e.g. Power Shell).

Extensive experience in a wide variety of server/workstation systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,115.20 to $176,404.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
