Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern you will become part of the Sales Operations team responsible for managing sales channels, customers and data analysis in support of Trade Marketing and other business functions.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll be involved of the following activities:
- Analysis and tracking of key execution indicators against distribution targets;
- Management of promotionality across categories;
- Analysis of performance sell in categories/customers/Canvas;
- Supporting the team in processing data from different business tools.
The experience we're looking for
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field, eager to forge a path in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
- Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- An analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
- Resilience and adaptability within a vibrant sales environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
The skills for success
Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills stakeholder management, organised.
