Production Associate

Description

EVEREVE is seeking a (Product Development) / Production Associate experienced in women’s apparel. This role will support the development and execution of the product life cycle strategy for the Evereve brand to create the best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time, and quality. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to be a continuous problem solver and work well cross-functionally in partnership with Design, Technical Design, Buyers, Marketing and Planning. 

The ideal person for this role will be a team player with exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills, strategic thinking abilities and great organizational skills focused on attention to detail and follow-through. They will be a builder, creative problem solver and comfortable in a more entrepreneurial environment. 

This is a 4 day on-site role

Reports to: Senior Sourcing Manager 

Requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

Product Development 

• Support product development lifecycle 
• Meet with designers to plan out style and fabric allocation 
• Track and monitor development sample receipts 
• Ensure each vendor is maintaining their development detail chart 
• Align with designer/buyers on styles that will be presented in assortment meeting to advise vendors for pre-costing 

Production

• Support Senior Sourcing Manager throughout product life cycle process. From design development vendor allocations to tracking of product ex-factory to our 3PL to ensure an on time in store delivery 
• Liaise with Designers, Buying Team and external vendor partners to clarify, troubleshoot and maintain the flow of information 
• Foster internal and external relationships to identify and implement continuous improvements, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness 
• Lead weekly WIP meetings with internal teams and external vendor partners 
• Request and maintain marketing sample tracking report to ensure on time sample delivery 
• Partner with Sourcing on freight and inbound communication to our 3PL 
• Ensure our 3PL has all the data they need for inbound shipments and allocations to stores 
• Track and keep up to date records of 3PL and freight forwarder information to share cross functionally with both Buying and Finance teams 
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Buying and Planning teams to ensure product is compatible with quality and pricing goals 
• Develop a deep understanding of the EVEREVE brand, our mission and our Customer’s needs and lifestyle to inform and create relevant products and solutions 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Development, Production or Sourcing 
• Women’s ready-to-wear experience preferred 
• Technical skills: Outlook, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
