Job Description

THE KEY RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE

• Give assistance on purchase orders for Freelance Costs and Client Costs
• Help the management of client cost (Business trips, hostings, new licenses, billable costs, etc.)
• Support the team on billing process (analysis, requests and check of new invoices created)
• Assist the team for the accrued revenue process
• Update of supplier’s and client’s registry
• Data entry & creating estimates in accounting systems
• Follow-up of 360Salesforce (adding new opportunities, tracking existing opportunities, checking correspondence with the other accounting systems)
• Support finance team in month end closing activities..

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance
• Junior or a first experience (internship)
• A strong interest in a future career in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to think analytically
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
• A creative, inquisitive mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to participate actively in our business.

Additional Information

Six months internship.
