We will always foster a diverse and<br/> inclusive workplace, in which our global teams are united by an unwavering commitment to<br/> improve the quality and longevity of patients’ lives by providing innovative interventional<br/> oncology solutions.</p><p>Here, you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring and bold mission.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Located in either UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain.</strong></p><p>The Senior Manager HEOR position is focused on the demonstration of the economic value of SIRTEX products to health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, purchasers and payers by supporting the development of robust cost-effectiveness and budget impact evidence, for present in-market and future indications for SIR-Spheres Y-90 resin microspheres and new product planning for pipeline products. The position reports to the Director Health Economics and Outcomes Research. </p><p>Health Economic Model Development: </p><ul><li>Support the development of economic models (cost-effectiveness models [CEM], budget impact models [BIM]) at the Global level, and their adaptation to National or Local jurisdictions.</li><li>Provide scientific expertise on and successfully implement robust statistical and health economic analysis methods in the delivery of for example, network meta-analyses (NMA), matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAIC), CEM and BIM in line with applicable international and national guidelines and requirements, and consistently with the HTA strategy for SIRTEX products.</li><li>Work with regional and country colleagues, support HTA/Reimbursement submissions and Market Access activities globally through collaborative matrix working.</li><li>Design, develop and deliver value tools to support optimal HTA/ Reimbursement/ Market Access for SIRTEX products including generating real world data.</li><li>Disseminate scientific knowledge and technical expertise to relevant external and internal stakeholders through publications, congress presentations, etc.</li><li>Ensure strong alignment across all functions such as Health Economics, Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access (HEPRA), Clinical, R&amp;D, Marketing teams on current and future economic evidence generation.</li></ul><p>Developing expertise:</p><ul><li>Maintain a continuous awareness of methodological standards, published literature and technical developments in this area.</li><li>Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge concerning the scientific data that underpins the economic value proposition and clinical benefits of SIRTEX products and comparator treatments.</li><li>Develop reference knowledge of related health economic and clinical literature; seek to understand landscape evolutions and their implications in economic model developments.</li><li>Maintain and deepen a sound understanding of relevant Health Economics methods guidelines, evaluation criteria and the likely payer perception of the product value proposition for SIRTEX products.</li></ul><p>Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships:</p><ul><li>Work with regional and global colleagues and selected KOLs and payers in strategic advisory activities to inform the development of economic models</li><li>Develop and maintain close working relationships with the multidisciplinary colleagues.</li><li>Attend appropriate scientific congresses to stay abreast of developments, to support global and regional activities and to maintain relationships and dialogue opportunities with external stakeholders</li><li>Undergo all formal Training Events as may be directed from time-to-time.</li><li>Observe and Comply with all Sirtex Corporate Policies.</li><li>Work within, and ensure adherence to Quality System procedures, work instructions and other Quality System requirements.</li><li>Work within, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures, instructions, and other requirements.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Qualified to at least MSc. level in Health Economics and/or Statistics, with strong academic and practical background in Health Economics Modelling</li><li>Experienced professional with proven track record for t
