About the role
Milestone Technologies is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to collaborate with the client operations management team and deliver a best-in-class service. In this role, you will be tasked with recommending improvements to systems and processes, identifying areas for service enhancement, and optimizing resource utilization.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Partnering with client operations management teams to achieve a best-in-class service
- Recommending improvements to systems and processes to identify areas for service enhancement and optimize resource utilization
- Business Intelligence and Analytics: Performing ad-hoc analysis and regular business reviews to support decision-making. Collaborating with the client to enhance data systems and develop new reporting methods for improved business visibility
- People Management: Leading, motivating, inspiring, and encouraging both your own and cross-functional teams across various services
- Project Management: Collaborating on cross-functional operational initiatives, identifying process and system gaps, and partnering with Milestone and client operations and capacity planning teams to drive business results

- Process development for delivering services to scope specifications & best practice Client Relationship Management
- Quarterly resource forecasting per site per region
- Partnering with recruiters on job requisition specifications and candidate qualification specifications
- Partnering with recruiting on open resourcing requirements and ensuring open positions are filled in a timely manner
- Employee On-boarding & Off-boarding responsibilities
- Partnering with Training Lead/Specialist regarding new hire and continuous training needs for the region
- Management responsibility for Team Leads
- Collaboration on new/changed HR program development, design, and execution
- Career path, training, and employee development
- Ensuring succession planning for the region
- Regular 1:1s with team members
- Quarterly performance review of team members
Partnering with HR on employee issues
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of 5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or related experience, including a minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- HS Diploma or GED
