We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Ad Partnerships to join Team Snapchat! The Ad Partnerships Group is responsible for negotiating and integrating product partnerships that drive accelerated growth to Snap’s Advertising business. Working from our NYC, SF, or LA office, you will own and manage a selection of Snapchat’s ad partners across Mobile Measurement Partners and Data Clean Rooms.. You will be working cross-functionally with key senior stakeholders across our Ad Product and Engineering teams to manage existing partners with the goal of deepening our product partnerships.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage some of our largest and most strategic mobile measurement and data collaboration partnerships, driving programs that demonstrate the value of advertising with Snapchat

  • Lead partner strategy and execution across Mobile Measurement Partners, Data Clean Room, and cloud ecosystem partners

  • Work closely with various internal cross-functional peers including Product, Engineering, Marketing Science, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Finance

  • Identify and resolve systemic issues, introducing process improvements that streamline how partners connect with Snapchat’s ads platform and measurement solutions

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving measurement and data ecosystem, including MMPs, clean rooms, identity solutions, and privacy-centric data collaboration models

  • Source new opportunities for Snap to develop products and features with ecosystem partners and drive adoption from proof of concept to general availability, ensuring alignment with product and business goals

  • Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners, including onboarding, roadmap management, and proactive resolution of business, technical, and integration issues while serving as an internal advocate

  • Work towards bi-annual OKRs such as advertiser adoption, partner-enabled revenue growth, signal quality improvements, and scaled adoption of new technology solutions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of online and mobile advertising, ad effectiveness measurement techniques, attribution, incrementality, MMM, and signal infrastructure

  • Deep understanding of the mobile measurement ecosystem including MMPs, SDK integrations, API feeds, and partner-led measurement workflows

  • Strong familiarity with the data collaboration landscape, including clean rooms, cloud platforms, identity approaches, and privacy-safe measurement methodologies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally

  • Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting business priorities

  • Strong problem solving and analytical experience solving complex business and operational challenges independently or in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work effectively with a high degree of independence and autonomy in environments with ambiguity, while escalating issues thoughtfully when needed

  • Strong product and technical acumen, particularly regarding ad tech infrastructure, partner integrations, data sharing models, and signal resilience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, product strategy, product marketing, product management, or related roles
