Trissential is seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in the Fiscal and Administrative Services (FAS) division. You’ll play a critical role in shaping workflows, driving integration strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Your Role & Responsibilities

• Document current and future state workflows for EDMS-related processes
• Create integration specifications for SWIFT and SEMA4 (inbound and outbound)
• Develop integration strategies, schedules, and test scenarios
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Facilitate pre-discovery meetings and manage milestones across stakeholders
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Support UAT testing and coordinate with vendors for successful implementation
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Proven track record leading design and implementation of complex IT projects
• Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management (PM)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across teams

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Business Analyst Certification (IIBA or equivalent)
• Experience with government systems or large-scale integrations

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Business Analyst Certification preferred

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $104,000–$124,000 annually or $60–$70 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
