Job Description

The Manager, FP&A is an integral member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) Financial, Planning & Analysis team. They lead budgeting and forecasting for Global Cash Flow, Headquarters’central services, and Compensation. This role reports to the Director of Global Financial, Planning & Analysis. As part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with financial analysts, planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. You will play a crucial role in team meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making processes. The qualified candidate should be detail-oriented, balance priorities, and deliver in a timely/accurate manner with minimum supervision. This position requires a strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)

Direct Responsibilities:

• Own the budgeting and forecasting for the following key areas:
  • Cash Flow across Global Consumer Products and Gaming & Digital portfolio - receipts & disbursements. Partnering with Global Finance,
