Manager, Global Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted thought partner to senior and c-suite leaders, shaping strategy with high-integrity insights.
• Utilize strong data analytics capabilities to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights that drive action.
• Think proactively about what questions to ask, uncover hidden opportunities and emerging risks, and develop a deep understanding of industry trends and business dynamics.
• Own competitive intelligence and financial analysis, tracking industry shifts, competitor performance, and the earnings cycle to deliver concise, high-impact takeaways.
• Drive key business processes, including preparing Board of Directors materials, supporting earnings calls, executive reporting, and playing a key role in Annual Strategic Planning development and milestones (including AOP).
• Coordinate across teams, ensuring leadership has the right data at the right time, and serve as a self-starter who drives initiatives through the business.
• Hone and sharpen executive messaging and storytelling skills, helping senior leaders craft compelling narratives with the right data, exhibits, and visualizations.

Required Qualifications:

• You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• 8+ years of experience in relevant roles (e.g., business intelligence, investor relations, data analysis, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Should have familiarity/comfort working with diverse data sources and tools, for example: AlphaSense, YouGov, Euromonitor, Domo, and Tableau.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator and can work with a high degree of autonomy, engaging the right stakeholders and conducting the right analyses to solve challenges and drive work forward.

Salary Range: $122,100 to $143,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
