About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate General Counsel to join our legal team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare attorney to be an integral part of a patient’s journey towards parenthood, providing critical legal guidance and support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel, compliance teams, and clinic leadership to ensure Pinnacle’s ongoing success and adherence to evolving healthcare regulations.

This full-time, exempt position is based onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, with some travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the General Counsel and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to provide a wide range of legal services to the organization.

• Monitor and interpret federal and state healthcare legislation, providing timely guidance on new laws and regulations that may impact the business.

• Advise on compliance with federal and state regulations related to physician and non-physician contracting, payor contracts, and reimbursement rules.

• Provide legal advice on healthcare operations, HIPAA, informed consent, data privacy, medical staff issues, and healthcare data security.
