They’ll be a part of a collaborative team that applies the latest thinking, research, analytics, and methodologies to help transform clients’ businesses and solve complex business matters, driving change for tomorrow’s working world. As a Strategy Consultant / Senior Strategy Consultant in our team, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative energy strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the energy sector (electricity, oil and gas, RES, energy storage, alternative fuels, CCS etc.)
• Participate in Business Development (BD) activities including client pitches and energy sector market development studies/analysis (research and data analysis)
• Deliver high-quality consulting services, ensuring alignment with client objectives and EY Parthenon standards
• Develop data/financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Gradually facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to provide informed insights

 

Skills & Attributes for Success

What we look for

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; specialization in the energy sector will be considered a strong asset
• Strong proven experience:
  • Management/strategy consulting, particularly within the energy sector, with a strong understanding of energy markets and regulatory frameworks and/or
  • energy industry (generation, energy management, retail, energy economics)
• Understanding of energy market developments, dynamics and key trends in Greece
• Understanding of EU decarbonization pathways and policies
